Descriptif du poste
- Vous préparez, planifiez et organisez les chantiers, y compris les équipes d’installation.
- Vous prenez les mesures sur place, créez des listes de production pour l’usine et coordonnez le flux logistique des projets.
- Vous participez aux réunions de chantier et veillez à ce que les chantiers soient livrés de manière complète et ponctuelle.
- Vous êtes membre de la Project management team et travaillez sous la responsabilité du Senior Project Manager.
- Vous veillez au reporting, à la rentabilité du projet, à la productivité de l’installation, au planning, au lancement et à livraison des travaux, à la gestion de la snag list via Ed Controls.
- Vous êtes l’interlocuteur des Project Managers de nos Key Accounts ou des clients.
- Vous veillez à ce que les chantiers soient sûrs et que tout y soit en ordre, y compris sur le plan administratif.
- Votre zone de travail couvre la France entière, mais vous vous concentrez avant tout sur la **région parisienne**.

Profil recherché

**Compétences et expérience**:

- Vous justifiez d’au moins trois années d’expérience en gestion de projets dans divers domaines du large éventail que forment les activités d’installation.
- Vous êtes au moins titulaire d’un diplôme de bach+3 et possédez de bonnes capacités à communiquer dans un contexte commercial.
- Vous avez une très bonne maîtrise du français et de l’anglais.
- Vous possédez des connaissances d’Autocad 2D.
- Vous avez l’esprit pratique et/de l’expérience vous permettant de comprendre « la langue et les problèmes pratiques » des équipes d’installation.
- Vous possédez une bonne connaissance de la législation française relative aux projets de construction.
- Vous avez de grandes affinités avec les règles de sécurité sur les chantiers de construction.
- Bien que la région parisienne soit votre marché principal, vous êtes disposé à voyager dans toute la France.
