**Notre département Risk & Analytics**
Vous serez rattaché(e) au sein du département Risk & Analytics qui regroupe l’expertise en conseil en Risk Management à destination des institutions financières et des entreprises industrielles & commerciales, sur tous types de risques. Ce département compte près de 500 consultants dans le monde, dont 25 basés au bureau de Paris qui constitue le centre d’excellence pour la région Europe de l’Ouest.
Composé d’experts en gestion des risques (stratégiques, opérationnels, cyber, etc.) avec des compétences qualitatives et/ou quantitatives, Risk & Analytics est une équipe multidisciplinaire regroupant des diplômés d’écoles de commerces, d’ingénieurs, d’actuaires, etc. Ses consultants sont capables d’intervenir sur des typologies très variées de projets, depuis l’identification des risques jusqu’au transfert alternatif des risques, en s’appuyant notamment sur un écosystème Core Analytics conséquent, ce qui lui confère un positionnement unique sur toute la chaine de valeur Risque.
**Missions**:
Dans cette activité à forte croissance, WTW recrute des stagiaires pour accompagner les consultant(e)s sur l’ensemble de leurs responsabilités.
Au sein d’une équipe et sous la supervision d’un collaborateur plus expérimenté, vous participerez activement à l’activité du département sur des sujets variés, combinant des aspects _Delivery_ (réalisation des projets) et _Business Development _(développement commercial):
- Réalisation de cartographies des risques
- Revue de maturité d’un dispositif d’Enterprise Risk Management
- Identification des risques et opportunités liés au changement climatique (en lien avec la TCFD, la Taxonomie Verte ou encore la CSRD)
- Réalisation des Business Impact Analysis
- Audit de dispositifs de gestion des risques, de continuité d’activité et de programmes assurantiels
- Etude et quantification des risques (cyber, dommage aux biens, responsabilité civile, etc.) grâce à des outils propriétaires,
- Etudes statistiques et traitement de données
- Optimisation du programme assurantiel
Mais également
- Participation à la rédaction des propositions de services et des réponses aux appels d’offre
- Support aux activités marketing du département : structuration des supports adaptés, organisation de webinars, etc.
- Identification de prospects, suivi des opportunités, etc.
**Votre profil**:
- De formation de niveau bac+5 : grande école de commerce, d’ingénieur ou de 3ème cycle d’une grande université
- Maitrise du pack office (Excel et PowerPoint) nécessaire
- Vous êtes proactif(ve), rigoureux(se), et organisé(e) dans vos tâches.
- Vous avez le sens du travail en équipe, contribuez à l’esprit collectif et faites preuve d’une éthique professionnelle forte.
- Vous possédez de bonnes capacités analytiques
- Dynamique et doté(e) de bonnes qualités relationnelles vous avez un attrait pour la relation client et les missions de conseils
- La maîtrise de l’Anglais (écrit et oral) est nécessaire,
