**Main Activities**:
This role provides the IT architecture strategy and policies as well as the solutions to support the MXNS business strategy.

**IT Governance**
- Improve and Maintain the IT policies
- Secure the regions are compliant with the IT policies
- Perform IT audit in all regions every year
- Secure EA tool information are up to date (LeanIX - to be replaced)
- Coordinate the Architecture Advisory Board to approve or reject the IT solutions proposed by the MXNS countries
- Participate to M&A IT due diligence
- IT architecture
- Define IT architecture strategy in collaboration with our Architecture Advisory Board
- Define the IT solutions to deliver new initiatives in collaboration with other IT departments
- Share IT recommendations (Architecture, Security, Data) to regions including Architecture Advisory Board feedback
- Create and lead the architects community
- Provide hands-on virtualization architecture guidance, research technical issues; best practices, white papers and solutions. Conduct proof of concept exercises to validate concepts and assumptions
- Assists in developing budgets and forecasts to support business needs, goals and objectives

**Knowledge**:
Profile (required education/qualification and professional background):
Seniority in the role > 10 years + Experience working for a global company

**Required skills**:

- Must have: Amazon Cloud services, CI/CD pipeline and automations, modern enterprise platform (micro-services and containers ).

Large culture of IT architecture: Web, Database, ERP, low codeto provide IT architecture solutions based on functional needs and local IT landscape.
- Strong leadership and assertiveness in order to lead people involved through change.
- Pragmatic to adapt solutions to the regional needs, demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative environment and influence others to ensure adequacy of operational risk mitigation efforts.
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills; demonstrated ability to identify risks associated with business processes, IT operations, and technology projects.
- Strong communication and documentation skills: Facilitate effective, comprehensive, and consistent communications for various audiences, including steering committees and other executive levels.
- Ability to work transparently in a flexible, shifting environment.
- Focus on delivery.
