Consulting SAP Finance to Manage

Dans le cadre du programme de transformation d'un acteur majeur de l'édition française, S/4 est déployé.
L'objectif de la mission est de bénéficier de l'expertise sur les spécificité FTM (Finance To Manage) ce qui signifie:
- Maitriser la solution Finance (AP/AR/AA) sur S4HANA
- Connaitre la solution Contrôle de gestion sur S4HANA
- Préparer, rédiger et animer les ateliers de conception
- Recueillir le besoin métier (qui ne connait pas S4HANA) et préconiser les best practice standard S4HANA
- Rédiger les spécifications fonctionnelles générales et détaillées
- Sécuriser l'intégration avec les autres modules SAP
- Spécifier les interfaces entre S4HANA et les systèmes connexes
- Encadrer un consultant junior
