**Missions**:
L'ingénieur de recherche (IR) sera en charge du travail expérimental, des caractérisations et analyses (RMN, HPLC ), de l'écriture de rapports scientifiques et bénéficiera d'un environnement de recherche international. Son projet s'inscrit dans notre programme de recherche dédié à l'optimisation de la plasmodione et de son analogue supérieur (bMD40) doué de propriétés rédox antipaludiques par le développement de méthodologies permettant l'introduction de groupes améliorant la biodisponibilité de la plasmodione, la fonctionnalisation directe du squelette de départ et la construction de molécules hétérocycliques substituées (pyridines, oxetane, aza-spiroalcanes ) par couplage pallado-catalysé de type Suzuki.

Développement de méthodologies originales afin de lever des verrous synthétiques et synthétiser une librairie de dérivés de la tête de série
Travail expérimental
Analyses (RMN, HPLC ), relations structure-activité
Ecriture de rapports scientifiques et de publications en anglais.

**Contexte de travail**:
L' ingénieur de recherche (IR) travaillera dans l’équipe « Chimie Bio(IN)organique et Médicinale » (UMR 7042 LIMA-CNRS), dirigée par le Dr Elisabeth Davioud-Charvet. Cette équipe développe des projets en chimie médicinale rédox pour combattre plusieurs parasites pathogènes chez l’homme. L’équipe est adossée à un plateau de recherche en physicochimie soutenue par une IE. Outre 2 directeurs de recherche CNRS et 1 ITA CNRS, le groupe comprend 2 étudiants en thèse et 2 chercheurs post-doctorants. Le laboratoire est localisé à l'ECPM à Strasbourg (CNRS, universités de Strasbourg et Haute-Alsace) en France.
L'IR travaillera avec les étudiants et postdoctorants sous la supervision de la responsable du projet (Dr Elisabeth Davioud-Charvet, DR CNRS). Son travail de recherche sera dédié au développement de nouvelles transformations de la tête de série et à l'élaboration de nouvelles stratégies pour la synthèse de molécules hétérocycliques d'intérêt afin d’améliorer significativement leurs propriétés pharmacocinétiques.
Les forces de l’équipe de « Chimie Bio(IN)organique et Médicinale » reposent sur la complémentarité des compétences à l’interface de la chimie/enzymologie/physicochimie au sein de l’équipe, la diversité des équipes et expertisent qui composent l'unité LIMA, la reconnaissance internationale de l’équipe et du LIMA, les nombreuses collaborations académiques et industrielles, et les actions de valorisation technologique, d'innovation et de transfert.
**Contraintes et risques**:
Règles de sécurité habituelles pour la pratique de la chimie organique. Une formation aux règles spécifiques du laboratoire sera dispensée.
