**Responsibilities**

You will be working on innovative award winning products and your key role will be supporting the production team to ensure the highest production standards are maintained in line with standard procedures, design drawings and quality standards.

You will be responsible for checking electrical systems, fault finding and fixing any potential electrical issues in built machines in line with design drawing, as well as uploading and checking machine software.

You will be carrying out electrical fault diagnostics and problem solving electrical systems on built machines and equipment. You will be conducting quality assembly checks - ensuring machines are built in compliance with assembly standard operating procedures and engineering drawings.

You will also be supporting engineering changes and validation on prototype vehicles working with engineering and development teams, as well as supporting Continuous Improvement activities within the company and the wider engineering community.

You will be reading and interpreting electrical and electronic circuit blueprints, diagrams and schematics and recommending improvements.

**Qualifications**

**Essential skills and experience** also include:

- Previous experience of a manufacturing environment working with suppliers.
- Previous experience of finding vehicle/ machine electrical fault finding experience.
- Hands-on experience to make electrical harness modifications
- Ideally (but not mandatory) experience of off-highway vehicle product development environment.
- Ability to rework wiring harnesses, make simple harnesses and looms and repair damaged electrical harnesses.
- Good MS Office skills, Word & Excel.
- Excellent problem solving and continuous improvement skills.
- Results-orientated with the ability to work independently and in a team.
- Ability to work under pressure, as well as the ability to remain composed during tough times.
- Resilience and ability to work in a rapidly changing environment.

- Basic salary between £35,000 to £40,000 pa (depending on experience)
- Working hours - Monday to Thursday 06:15 to 16:15 - 38 hours per week
