**Senior Underwriter Casualty Large Corporate (H/F)**
Paris, France
Ce poste fait partie de l’équipe Underwriting Casualty Grands Comptes et est rattaché au Large Corporate Casualty Manager.

Dans le cadre de son initiative stratégique de développement, AXA XL France souhaite renforcer sa position de leader sur le marché de l’assurance Responsabilité civile.
Le Souscripteur Senior Responsabilité Civile a pour mission principale de développer et de gérer, dans la rentabilité, le portefeuille de clients d’AXA XL en Responsabilité Civile. Le développement se fera prioritairement sur les programmes internationaux avec captive conformément au seuil d’intervention d’AXA XL.
Il/Elle contribue tant aux résultats commerciaux (Top Line) que techniques du portefeuille (Bottom Line) confié.
- Le Souscripteur Senior Responsabilité Civile a une approche à 360 degrés de son métier qui comprend aussi un rôle d’animation et de densification des relations commerciales, que ce soit avec les courtiers apporteurs d’affaires, et prioritairement le grand courtage, ou avec les clients finaux (direction des risques et des assurances).
- Vos responsabilités essentielles seront:
- Gestion du portefeuille de Souscription:
- Rechercher, étudier, tarifer, négocier et réaliser des affaires nouvelles dans le respect des règles de souscription (guideline, procédures ),
- Procéder au renouvellement des affaires souscrites en tenant compte de l’évolution de la politique de souscription et des critères de rentabilité,
- Surveiller la qualité des affaires souscrites en préconisant et en négociant les éventuelles mesures d’assainissement,
- Suivre avec soin les différents flux financiers (éléments du budget, sinistralité) afin d’améliorer le cash-flow de la branche et sa rentabilité,
- Associer les équipes en charge de l’actuariat pour la tarification/le reserving, de la gestion des sinistres, de la gestion des captives, de la prévention et du management des risques à la souscription et s’appuyer sur leurs recommandations pour analyser les risques, préconiser les montages d’assurance y compris rétention captives et définir les conditions d’acceptation et de tarification.
- Développement commercial du portefeuille de Souscription:
- Développer une action proactive vis à vis des courtiers et des clients et insuffler une démarche active de prospection du marché des risques d’entreprises via le courtage en lien avec le management et l’équipe commerciale d’AXA XL France et d’AXA XL APAC & Europe.
- Plus largement, animer, développer et entretenir les relations avec les courtiers et les risk managers pour assurer à AXA XL une part de marché à la hauteur du plan stratégique ambitieux de la branche Casualty
- Relations transverses:
- Travailler en équipe au sein de la souscription Casualty et aussi avec les souscripteurs des autres branches, les ingénieurs de prévention, les juristes, les experts du management des risques, ainsi que l’équipe dédiée aux captives
- Contribuer au bon fonctionnement de la branche Casualty au niveau France et Groupe.
- Promouvoir AXA XL auprès des courtiers et des clients et participer aux manifestations (road-show, visites de sites client, event marché).
- Participer et/ou piloter des chantiers techniques et commerciaux
**Votre profil**:
**PARTAGEZ votre talent**- Master (bac+5 mini) en droit, en assurance, en école de commerce, en actuariat, en statistiques, en école d’ingénieur.
- Bonne connaissance et compréhension technique du risque responsabilité civile.
- Connaissance des concepts de réassurance et des processus commerciaux.
- Forte aptitude à la négociation.
- Expérience dans les affaires internationales de préférence.
- Bon niveau technique et commercial de l’Anglais requis.
- Aisance dans la manipulation des chiffres et plus particulièrement sous Excel.
- Bonne connaissance des clients et des courtiers du marché français (et de l’international serait un plus).
- Capacité d’autonomie, d’initiative et d’échanges avec les autres Souscripteurs de l’équipe.
- Esprit d'équipe.
- Une expérience en RC Construction serait un plus
