Participez à la transformation du réseau Ressources Humaines de Valeo en intégrant le Centre de Services Partagés RH, Valeo Employee Services France (VES France), situé à Cergy (à 5 min à pieds de la gare Cergy Saint Christophe).
Vous serez rattaché(e) à la Directrice du département Valeo Employee Services (VES).
**Vos challenges?**
A votre arrivée, vous êtes formé à l’ensemble de nos processus RH Formation. Vous participez à la centralisation des activités RH Formation au
sein du département VES en assurant leur gestion selon le planning établi par la Direction du VES et en coordination avec les sites en
France.
**Vos missions**:
A travers **l'organisation **, **la planification **et **le suivi **des sessions de formation, j'assure le développement des compétences au sein de Valeo
Je suis responsable **d'implémenter **le plan de formation, d'organiser les actions de formation et **d'en mesurer l'efficacité. **Je suis responsable de la **qualité des données.**
Je suis en charge de la **gestion des prestataires externes.**
Je suis un **grand promoteur de My Learning **(notre outil formation) et fournis des tableaux de bord et reportings standards aux équipes RH site.
Je suis **orienté client et développe une relation de confiance avec les équipes RH site **afin de les soutenir et répondre à leurs questions.
**A propos de toi**:
Diplôme RH bac +2/+5
Expérience dans le domaine de la formation
Les compétences requises:
- organisé, rigoureux et fiable
- Connaissance poussée des outils de formation (et spécialement My Learning)
- Etre orienté client
Il s'agit d'un contrat Agent de maîtrise 39h
Possibilité de 2 jours de télétravail
