Nous recherchons pour une banque d'investissement internationale, un Compliance analyst ayant un background en contrôle interne, en CDI. Le poste est à pourvoir rapidement.
Pour notre service sécurité et conformité vous devez:
- Surveiller les activités commerciales de la banque en termes de conformité aux règles et réglementations applicables ainsi qu'aux exigences organisationnelles et aux directives internes,
- Mettre en œuvre les exigences réglementaires et les règles internes au sein de la banque ainsi que les contrôles de conformité et la documentation correspondante,
- Coopérer avec les COO et les Business units de premier niveau sur les contrôles,
- Accompagner dans la conception de systèmes de contrôle interne ainsi que dans la préparation d'analyses de risques au sein de la banque,
- Développer des mesures pour éliminer les découvertes et éviter les conflits d'intérêts,
- Participer aux travaux du projet (analyse des enquêtes BaFin et des organes de surveillance du trading..).
Vous avez une maîtrise de préférence (en particulier en droit, économie ou droit des affaires).
- Expérience pertinente dans la mise en place de systèmes de contrôle interne dans une société de services d'investissement ou dans une fonction comparable souhaitable,
- Connaissance des dispositions réglementaires en matière de conformité des valeurs mobilières (en particulier WpHG, WpDVerOV, MaComp, MiFID II/MiFIR, règlement sur les abus de marché), des instruments financiers et du marché des capitaux,
- Première expérience avec les processus de négociation et de règlement de titres et orientation professionnelle dans la banque de détail (PWM),
- Maîtrise de Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, systèmes de surveillance de la conformité),
- La maîtrise de l'anglais (écrit et oral) est requise, des compétences en français seraient un avantage.
