**About the company** The challenge that awaits you**:
ManuRob spent five years developing an agricultural handling robot. The development phase is coming to an end. We presented our LOADIX machine at the SIMA show in Paris in 2022 and it was a great success. As ManuRob rapidly moves towards the manufacturing stage, we now need to deploy our sales teams in our markets. Identifying and building relationships with our new customers and dealers is now key to our success.

ManuRob was founded in 2018 to create the agricultural handling robot of the future.

The company has a start-up culture and structure but also benefits from being a 100% subsidiary of the M-extend group.

The M-extend Group, founded in 1951, is an independent family business with more than 1,200 employees and has factories in France, Brazil and India. Its best-known brand is MX, one of the European leaders in the manufacture of front loaders for tractors.

ManuRob has taken the extensive agricultural material handling knowledge gained at MX and integrated it into a specialized team of robotics developers and design engineers. All robotic know-how regarding navigation, handling and vision has been developed in-house.

Listening to farmers on the handling issues they encounter on a daily basis (repetitive and time-consuming tasks, difficult to delegate) ManuRob designed and produced LOADIX, a versatile electric handling robot for the farmyard and methanization units.

**The missions that await you**
- Your first year on the job will be oriented towards product technology. To do this, you will benefit from an integration period focused on sales and product training, particularly alongside our robotics developers and installation teams in the field.
- You will have the chance to follow a complete sale cycle from the first meeting with a prospect to the actual installation of the robot on the farm.
- You will also need to be able to handle minor post-sales issues/breakdowns, updates and sometimes more complex post-sales issues with the support of the ManuRob development team. Assist with the installation of machines on each farm for the first year or two (accompanied by a ManuRob installation team). Our goal is to evolve the position towards more Commerce oriented missions as we equip the team with dedicated after-sales managers.
- Find, identify and contact farmers, biogas units and resellers.
- Support farmers throughout the acquisition process: the information phase, the commercial proposal (including financing and leasing), order taking, logistics/delivery, implementation of LOADIX on the farm and training of farmers.
- Follow-up visits Commercial development of sales via the dealer network: support the dealer throughout the integration process until contractualization.
- Support and train dealership staff to achieve a certain level of autonomy (pre-sales evaluation, sales, technical aspects/product knowledge, installation, etc.).
- Regular communication on product performance, after-sales issues and product development requirements.
- Evaluation and feedback on the commercial offer and the performance of marketing tools and ways to improve them.
- Ensure commercial reporting
- Competitive monitoring
- Stay in touch with institutional agencies for grants and special financing offers for farmers acquiring agricultural robots and/or electric machines.
- Organize and participate in events (trade shows, fairs, etc.)

**About you ?**
- A 2-years higher education or equivalent in a discipline related to the agricultural environment.
- Solid experience (5 years) in sales or after-sales in the agricultural sector
- Any experience in robotics, agricultural machinery, handling of agricultural materials, in the biogas sector or in livestock farming would be a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to convince
- Pedagogy and ability to train others
- You speak German, English is a real plus (and also French)
