Cristóbal Balenciaga fonde sa Maison en 1917 dans son pays natal, l’Espagne. En 1937, il établit sa marque à Paris et y conçoit ses collections jusqu’en 1968. Cristóbal Balenciaga, en tant que Couturier, proposait une création exigeante et avait la réputation de ne faire aucun compromis ce qui lui valut d’être désigné par Christian Dior comme « le maître à tous » et comme « le couturier des couturiers » par Gabrielle Chanel. Les formes ultra-modernes sont devenues la signature de la Maison.

Si l’identité de la Maison est avant tout ancrée dans son prêt-à-porter conceptuel, ses collections de maroquinerie, chaussures et autres accessoires connaissent également un succès mondial. Les sacs de la Maison sont d’ailleurs devenus des icônes de la maroquinerie d’aujourd’hui. Lancées pour l’Été 2017, les collections prêt-à-porter Homme Balenciaga ont rapidement été couronnées de succès à l’international.

Depuis octobre 2015, Demna est directeur artistique et conçoit l’ensemble des collections de la Maison.

La Maison Balenciaga, qui appartient au Groupe Kering depuis 2001, est l’un des noms les plus influents du monde de la mode.

**Job Description**:
Votre opportunité

Rattaché à l’équipe Formation Produit, vous participerez activement au développement des formations de la Maison Balenciaga.

Vous serez un support dans l’élaboration du contenu lié aux produits de la Maison à travers les différents outils mis à votre disposition (inDesign, Powerpoint, Excel, Training app etc) dans le respect des deadlines (lancement produit).

Votre contribution

Dans ce cadre, vos missions seront les suivantes:

- Relire des contenus des formations produits ;
- Aider dans le pilotage de la base de données administratives ;
- Être un support dans la logistique et les aspects administratifs pour assurer le déploiement d’une formation qualitative (invitation, salles, matériel, restauration, gestion de budget ) ;
- Être force de proposition sur la mise en place d’outils de formation adaptés et innovants ;
- Être l’ambassadeur du Produit au sein de la maison.
- Participer à des projets diverses

Vous êtes
- Débutant dans la fonction de Chargé de formation produit ;
- Doté d’une sensibilité produit et mode très développée, vous appréciez également l’univers du digital ;
- Doté d’un très bon relationnel et d’une grande capacité d’écoute, vous appréciez le travail d’équipe ;
- Bilingue en anglais (oral et écrit) et maîtrise idéalement d’une troisième langue;
- Confirmé dans l’utilisation de la suite Adobe (Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator, Pack office...).
