Nous sommes une société d’Ingénierie et de Conseil en Technologies (ICT) implantée en France et à l'international, nous mandatons aujourd'hui Thomas Search Consulting pour nous aider à trouver notre futur(e)** Directeur d'Agence Associé** pour le développement (**création d'agence avec référencement déjà existant**) de nos activités sur **Lille** (f/h).

Nous proposons la mise à disposition de compétences à forte valeur ajoutée auprès des principaux acteurs en secteurs** banque, assurance, finance.**

Notre mission est d’accompagner nos clients dans toutes les phases du cycle de développement de leurs projets IT**.**

Dans le cadre de notre très forte croissance nous cherchons une personne capable de **créer une nouvelle entité pour le groupe.**

**Vous assumerez les activités suivantes**:

- Développement de l'activité.
- Gestion du budget de votre Business Unit en matière de chiffre d'affaires et de marge brute.
- Pilotage du développement de vos clients grands comptes.
- Interface privilégiée des clients, vous prenez en charge la rentabilité des projets et développer la pérennité de la relation clients / consultants.

**Profil**:

- ** Vous avez une expérience de business manager en société de conseil (mandatory)**:

- Vous souhaitez vous investir dans un quotidien captivant où gestion des priorités et organisation sont des facteurs clé de succès.
- Vous avez un projet professionnel structuré autour de compétences techniques et managériales.
- Nous sommes avant tout à la recherche de personnalités ambitieuses pour elles-mêmes et leur société.
- Évolution possible en France et à l’international (+ de 30 pays)
