As Human Resources Manager you will be responsible for two plants in France located in Tossiat. Reporting to the Regional HR manager your responsibilities will be to develop and implement strategic and tactical plans for Avient's human resources services, policies, and programs. You will guide decision making processes and positively impact the results of the organization by recruiting, developing, retaining and rewarding the industry’s best talent in a manner that is cost-efficient and compliant.

WHERE YOUR EXPERTISE IS NEEDED
- Responsible for operational human resource issues including job description development, hiring, retention measures, people development (e.g. succession planning), legal compliance, terminations, communications
- Guide managers in areas such as recruiting, compensation, benefits, learning & development, workforce planning, performance management and conflict management
- Work with the Human Resources Director and respective client groups to design organization structures and implement HR practices that support their strategic goals
- Implement short and long terms plans to ensure performance and innovation within Avient’s human resources department.
- Other duties as assigned

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Graduated with a bachelor degree in HR and/or equivalent
- 3- 5 year of working experience in HR in an industrial environment
- Solid experience in labor law and labor relations
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, handling of conflicts
- Good knowledge of the MS Office package
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
