**CE QUE NOUS POUVONS REALISER ENSEMBLE**:
Au sein de notre Centre d’Excellence en digital et signalisation Ferroviaire sur le site de Saint-Ouen qui a pour mission de définir et de concevoir les solutions d’informatique, d’électronique et de télécommunications des réseaux de transport de demain, vous êtes amené(e) à travailler sur des projets à forts enjeux et impacts.
Le projet sera un projet en France ou à l'internationnal.
Vos mission seront de:
- Gérer les activités assurance sécurité du projet dont vous avez la charge en respectant les critères de qualité, coûts et délais.
- Définir la méthode, piloter et vérifier la réalisation des études de sécurité afin d’identifier les risques et d’évaluer la pertinence des choix technologique
- Gérer le journal des risques et vous assurer de la prise en compte des contraintes de sécurité par la RAM, la V&V, le test and commissionning
- Définir et appliquer les méthodologies assurance sécurité (critères d’acceptation du risque, analyses de sécurités telle que les AMDEC, vérification et validation) sur votre projet
- Organiser des revues de sécurité périodiques
- Gérer les interfaces avec le(s) évaluateur(s) interne(s) et externe (ISA), avec les autorités autorisant les mises en service, avec les clients (maitrise d'oeuvre et maitrise d'ouvrage) avec l'opérateur et le mainteneur de la ligne. Définir les plans d’actions pour fermer les points ouverts de ces évaluateurs et valider la démarche de sécurité, les risques et l’acceptation et la bonne compréhension des contraintes d’exploitation.
- Gérer les ingénieurs assurance sécurité impliqués sur le projet (2/3 personnes selon les phases du projet + les interfaces avec les plateformes génériques). Vous réaliserez des analyses en appliquant rigoureusement les méthodologies définies au travers de normes et de réglementations (CENELEC EN 50126, 50128, 50129 notamment).
**QUEL EST VOTRE PROFIL ?**
- Bac+5 de type Ecole d'Ingénieur ou équivalent universitaire dans le domaine de la sûreté de fonctionnement,
- Vous justifiez de 5 à 15 années d'expérience professionnelle en sûreté de fonctionnement sur des systèmes complexes comparables idéalement avec au moins 3 ans dans le ferroviaire et si possible en signalisation.
- Autonomie, analytique, un bon esprit de synthèse, la capacité à travailler en équipe, un bon niveau de communication.
