Le Financial Controller travaille en étroite collaboration avec le/les Finance manager et le/les gérant(s) pour contribuer à l'optimisation de la performance des fonds. Les investissements couvrent/couvriront le territoire européen sur l'ensemble des secteurs Immobiliers (bureaux, retail, hôtellerie, logistique..). Les fonds sont structurés sous forme de véhicules dédiés localisés en France (SCI et OPCI) ou à l'étranger. Vous vous assurerez que les objectifs financiers sont atteints, et accompagnez la croissance des familles de produit sur lesquelles vous êtes impliqué(e).
Le Financial Controller sera responsable du suivi et de la supervision de la performance et des risques associés au fonds conjointement avec le Fund Manager.
**Transactions**
- Participe à la mise en place de la structure d'acquisition en lien avec les conseils externes et l'équipe de Corporate Finance (analyse des aspects fiscaux/juridiques, création des véhicules d'investissement etc), participe à la détermination du financement le plus approprié aux caractéristiques du deal (fonds propres, SHL etc)
- Contribue au suivi des cash-flows d'acquisition et à leur intégration dans le modèle de cash-flow du fonds;
- Coordonne l'obtention des accords nécessaires lors de la réalisation de la transaction (conseils, assemblées générales, pouvoirs, transferts de fonds...) en lien avec les conseils externes et les équipes Transactions.
**Prévision/budget/supervision**
- Assure en collaboration avec le Finance Manager un suivi de la structuration juridique et fiscale du fonds (sous-capitalisation, restructuration,...) et des filiales éventuelles en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe Corporate Finance et les conseils externes.
- Met en place une gestion optimisée de la liquidité au niveau du fonds et des filiales
- Assure le suivi de la performance du fonds (analyse de variance, de scenarii etc) et travaille en étroite collaboration avec les équipes comptables (NAV, revue des comptes...)
- Fournit les modèles prévisionnels de fonds et d'actifs, les plans et les budgets, les rapports internes et externes, les mesures de la performance, les analyses et le contrôle (prévisionnel vs réel) et le contrôle des risques à nos clients et au Fund Managers et Asset Managers - Coordonne en lien avec la Central Team le processus de sélection des prestataires du fonds et des filiales (dépositaire, comptables, auditeurs, experts immobiliers) - Assure l'exactitude et l'exhaustivité des productions dans les délais impartis des prestataires de services externes (administrateur de fonds, gestionnaire d'entreprise, gestionnaire immobilier et conseiller fiscal)
**Reporting**
- Préparation des reportings aux investisseurs (performance d'investissement, NAV, financement externe, appels de fonds & distributions, reportings règlementaires,...)
- Production des rapports annuels, semestriels, trimestriels ou mensuels (y compris reporting réglementaire) et des tableaux de bord sur la performance financière, la performance des investissements et les questions comptables (y compris normes IFRS), ainsi que des rapports externes et internes ad hoc (c.à-d. Management Board ou Supervisory Board)
- Mise à disposition des résultats dans le système informatique global
**Vie sociale et juridique**
- S'assure de l'adéquation de la gestion avec la gouvernance définie dans la documentation constitutive du fonds et des filiales éventuelles.
- Assure le suivi des obligations règlementaires du fonds (client, AMF etc)
- S'assure de la mise en place des contrats de gestion entre les filiales et les entitées locales
- Met en place des procédures spécifiques au fonds en cohérence avec les procédures et l'environnement de contrôle internes à l'entreprise
**Votre Profil**
**Formation**
- Diplôme Bac+5 avec majeure finance et/ou immobilière.
**Expérience**
- Expérience en comptabilité, idéalement à un poste en lien avec le reporting opérationnel/financier, avec une exposition à/compréhension de l'immobilier
- Expérience en audit, contrôle financier ou Middle Office
- Une expérience en immobilier, gestion d'actifs et/ou gestion de projets est souhaitable
**Connaissances et compétences**
- Maîtrise d'outils informatiques (notamment Excel à un niveau avancé)
- Excellentes compétences en matière de communication (esprit d'équipe/souplesse), fiabilité
- Excellentes capacités d'analyse
- Anglais parlé et écrit courant
- Bonnes compétences analytiques Compétences personnelles
- Esprit d'équipe
- Proactivité, enthousiasme et orientation sur les résultats
- Rigueur, autonomie et capacité de prendre des initiatives
- Capacité de gérer des échéances simultanées et de travailler efficacement sous pression
