**Job Description**:
This is a vital role within the Sales Team in France. The position requires a highly responsive and pro-active individual who will provide vital interface between our customers and sales engineers deployed in the field. You will assist with managing the long-term customer relationship by providing a single customer point of contact and liaising with the Sales Engineers and our Centers of Excellence based in the UK, USA and Italy.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- You will provide pre-sales support to the Sales engineers and manage the expectations of our customers and potential customers on the commercial level: needs analysis, preparation of quotes (including provision of lead-time for quotes) and public tenders.
- You will be trained within an operational inside sales team and will cover a wide geographical area. You will have a role in business development (focusing on our installed base) in order to achieve the team's accessory sales target and the more global team sales targets.
- Work closely with the marketing department and provide prospecting data to inform marketing actions, in line with our business strategy.
- Ensure all actions are documented in CRM and support the maintenance of accurate records on qualified leads, prospects, and sales campaigns in CRM.
- This position can be scalable depending on your commitment and abilities.

- Excellent interpersonal, organizational skills and telephone skills
- Fluency (written and oral) in French and English
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Possess a “can do” attitude with the necessary tenacity to achieve results
- Ability to collaborate with all services to meet customer needs and resolve any issues
- Ability to thrive in a culture with shared objectives and goals
- Flexible with the ability to work calmly under pressure
- Prior experience of working on Public contracts is an advantage
**Qualifications**:
- Bac +2 to +4/5 in commerce, technical-commercial profile, international trade or solid professional experience in the commercial and technical field are required.
