**Job description**:
To evaluate and implement requirements of the IMDS system and the IMDS rulebook according customer projects deliverables schedule.

Main missions:

- Define and own ACC IMDS process : Set, Measure efficiency, Improve and Lead,
- Support supplier in their data transmission and/or MDS declaration with Supplier Quality Engineer,
- Check material data sheets regarding legal and customer-specific requirements,
- Guarantee BOM are analyzed, MDS are prepared for ACC end-items and product MDS is validated and submitted to customers ; supervise resources assigned on projects, take actions whenever resources miss,
- Handle multiple customer product stewardship requests (REACH, RoHS, IMDS, ELV & BPR), follow the IMDS issues (supplier and customer) till closure,
- Provide periodic reports on multi-projects IMDS completion.

**Profile**:
**Knowledge / Know how**:
Expertise in material management in the automotive industry

Analysis of BOM and creation of MDS

Good understanding of GADSL substance list

Understanding of Global OEMs Substance Regulations

Experienced in IMDS validation with suppliers

MS office

**Experience (domain, number of years)**:
At least 1 significant experience in IMDS declaration

**Qualifications (diplomas, )**

Engineer’s Degree or Specific degree in Material / Chemistry

OR Technician experienced in IMDS management and leadership

English fluent
