**Position**:
Depuis 1860, TAG Heuer (Maison du groupe LVMH) incarne l'avant-garde, la précision et le style audacieux qui ont marqué l'histoire de l'industrie horlogère. En 2015, nous avons lancé la première smartwatch de luxe sur le marché, utilisant notre savoir-faire horloger suisse. Depuis, l’entité TAG Heuer Connected a évolué et s’est considérablement développée, avec la vision d'apporter une smartwatch élégante et adaptée au style de vie de nos utilisateurs, avec également les fonctionnalités et le suivi sportif de leur performance.

Dans ce contexte de haute technologie en pleine croissance, TAG Heuer Connected recherche son/sa futur(e) Alternant(e) Customer Experience Connected Watch:
**MISSIONS**
- Être l’interface entre les clients et les différents services internes
- Être l’interlocuteur privilégier des clients (utilisateur final, service après ventes et conseillers de vente en boutiques)
- Assurer le suivi des dossiers et tenir informés les clients
- Assurer avec rigueur la mise à jour et la qualité de la base de données Salesforce
- A travers les remontées terrain, participer activement à améliorer / développer le produit
- Participer à des projets transverses avec le reste de l’équipe TAG Heuer Connected ou les équipes Customer Care du siège qui peuvent inclure : la gestion de la FAQ, la mise à jour d’un guide utilisateur, des formations sur nos produits, la participation ponctuelle à des évènements, et autres potentiels projets.

**Profile**:

- Vous avez un esprit analytique et la satisfaction clients est votre priorité.
- Vous avez une certaine rigueur, avec des qualités rédactionnelles et une capacité d'adaptation à différents interlocuteurs.
- Anglais écrit requis car les échanges se font en anglais.
- Maîtrise de l’outil informatique, la connaissance de Salesforce est un plus.
- Intérêt pour les nouvelles technologies, une expérience dans le domaine est un atout pour le poste.

Ce contrat d’alternance (apprentissage ou contrat de professionnalisation) est basé à Paris 8e, il est à pourvoir pour la rentrée.
