**Overview**

As part of the Corporate Bank, Global Corporate Coverage (“GCC”) offers treasury solutions to corporates across the full spectrum of Deutsche Bank’s offering (Strategic Corporate Lending, Corporate Cash Management, Trade Financing & Lending, Risk Management Solutions in FX & Rates, Structured Export Finance, Working Capital Solutions ).

Within GCC France, which manages relationships with French Headquartered Large & MidCap corporations globally, Deutsche Bank AG, Paris Branch is looking for a MidCap Coverage Banker to further expand into the French MidCap market with a strong focus on onboarding new clients for the bank.

The focus of the role is to provide value-creating treasury solutions by delivering DB’s extensive product platform and presence in +35 countries worldwide, leveraging Deutsche Bank’s leading global Franchises, the capital strength of the Bank and extend credit to help clients grow their business.

**Your Key Responsibilities**:

- Leadership of coverage of a portfolio of MidCap corporate clients with growth potential across core treasury products (Cash Management, Trade Finance, Lending, Risk Management Solutions )
- Acquisition of target clients and support expansion of the French MidCap team by leading and shaping the French MidCap growth initiative, directly reporting into the Head of Global Corporate Coverage France
- Act as an Advisor and Trusted Partner of Treasurer and C-Suite executives of French MidCap Clients
- Identify revenue opportunities to cross-sell products for all areas of the Bank
- Generate significant revenue over a sustained period
- Coordinate global credit requests and the bank’s overall credit exposure to the designated client portfolio and coordinate regulatory processes for this client segment with internal stakeholders (Anti-Financial Crime, Know Your Customer)

**Your Skills and Experience**:

- Master’s degree in finance
- **French speaker mandatory **, Fluent in English
- **Sound knowledge of French MidCap client-base**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex problems into concise conclusions
- Knowledge of corporate finance, corporate bank products credit analysis and risk management
- Strong knowledge of the French Mid Cap market
- +8 year experience in Corporate Coverage, investment banking or leverage finance
- Ability to manage complex tasks paired with a forward-looking, innovative, and interdisciplinary perspective
- Client focus, commitment, integrity, solution / efficiency orientation and ability to work in a team environment
- Result driven with strong commercial skills
- Robust financial and credit skills and ability to analysis data and information
- High level of motivation, dependability, intelligence, and ethics, flexibility to travel globally as needed
