**SECURITY COMPLIANCE SPECIALIST**:
**Votre mission est de soutenir le Directeur Sécurité et l'équipe pour assurer la conformit
- réglementaire en termes de sécurité aérienne et de contrôle qualité sur le hub et les Gateway DHL en France. Développer et mettre en œuvre des programmes et processus de sécurité pour maximiser le niveau de sécurité sur nos sites dans le respect de la stratégie et des politiques internes et externes de l'entreprise / de la législation et de réglementation européenne et française.**

**MISSIONS PRINCIPALES**:

- Soutenir l’équipe dans l’élaboration, le maintien et l’exploitation de la stratégie et des outils nationaux de contrôle et d’assurance de la qualité.
- Concevoir, surveiller et mettre en œuvre des actions correctives.
- Être responsable des programmes d’agents habilités.
- Recueillir des données internes telles que les vérifications et les inspections sur place et ajouter les résultats au programme de contrôle de la qualité.
- Participer aux réunions, aux groupes de travail et à l’équipe de projet pour s’assurer que DHL est aligné sur les normes et les réglementations.
- Développer des programmes de formation pertinents (externes et internes) pour évaluer les compétences de l’équipe.
- Maintenir une connaissance approfondie de la sûreté aérienne en France.

**PROFIL RECHERCHÉ**
- 5/6 ans d’expérience sur un poste équivalent.
- Expérience en contrôle qualité.
- Connaissance pratique des normes IATA, TAPA, et, OACI.
- Bonne connaissance de la législation en matière de sûreté aérienne et de la structure du régime mondial de sûreté de l'aviation.
- Connaissance des conventions internationales sur la sûreté de l'aviation et de l’annexe 17 de l'OACI.
- Programmes d'audit
- Connaissances des programmes nationaux de sûreté de l'aviation civile et universel d'audit de sûreté de l'OACI.
- Expérience en réalisation d’enquêtes de sûreté - évaluer les besoins en matière de sûreté et mettre en évidence les vulnérabilités.
