**Introduce Soitec and context of the position**:
Soitec Belgium nv based in Hasselt, offers industry-leading GaN-on-Si and GaN-on-SiC material solutions, enabling the next generation of Efficient Power Electronic, RF Power and Sensor devices, with today a strong focus on 5G telecom devices. The III-Nitride epiwafers are deposited by MOCVD in its clean-room facility operated in Hasselt.
**What does the job consist?**:
In an innovative environment, we are looking for a Product Manager GaN to support the implementation and expansion of the data management system. This involves managing the database system, creating interfaces to add new tools to the system and creating user interfaces to access, analyse and visualise the data. You will also help the development of custom metrology in terms of hard
- and software.
In relationship with our Field Application Engineers, Innovation, Engineering, Manufacturing, Sales et Marketing teams, you will understand our customers needs and define roadmaps to ensure a quality, performance, cost and timing balance.
You are a good project leader, you have a real vision on project management, you are a team player and can easily create relationships with the different stakeholders. More than this, you are recognised for your technical and relational leadership, you have a strategic vision, and will put forward new strategies in collaboration with technical leaders.
As you have understood, this position requires enthusiasm, technical expertise, relational talent combine with a strong sense of financial and operational results..
**Requirements & qualifications**:
Your technical competences and interaction skills have allowed you to pilot multi-disciplinary. You feel comfortable dealing with international references on innovative technical projects.
