In a dynamic and innovative scientific environment, located on the outskirts of Normandy, our customer's site includes a team of nearly 500 professionals dedicated to the discovery and development of new pharmaceutical therapies, while respecting animal welfare.

**Your role**:
As part of a world-renowned CRO specializing in preclinical studies in reproductive toxicology, you will play a key role as the main contact for customers.

You will manage projects in their entirety, ensuring that they run smoothly from start to finish, working closely with teams of technicians and scientists.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Assume the role of Study Director for juvenile, developmental and reproductive toxicity study projects, ensuring compliance with global scientific and regulatory standards.
- Actively participate in meetings with national and international customers, reviewing commercial proposals and providing expert advice on customized study designs.
- Act as the control point for all studies, with overall responsibility for their scientific, technical and regulatory conduct, as well as the interpretation and communication of results.
- Provide specific expertise in areas such as fetal pathology, endocrinology, behavioral toxicity/neurotoxicity and juvenile toxicity.
- Maintain a constant scientific watch to offer specialized guidance to customers, adapting study plans and schedules according to drug development requirements.

**Profile required**:

- PHD in Toxicology, Veterinary Doctor or Pharmacy graduate.
- Minimum 10 years' successful experience in the management of reproductive toxicology studies.
- In-depth knowledge of endocrinology, medical or veterinary biology.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- ** Intermediate Level of French - willing to learn French quickly**:

- Proven organizational, rigorous and interpersonal skills.
