**What is the role?**

As a Radiation Engineer at EnduroSat, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability and durability of our Space systems. You will work on existing missions by carrying out radiation analyses on ongoing projects. Additionally, as our missions become increasingly complex, involving satellite deployments to environments with more challenging radiation conditions, you will proactively plan and implement strategies to enhance radiation resilience. Your expertise will contribute to the success of groundbreaking missions that push the boundaries of Space exploration.

**Some of your daily tasks will include**:

- Conducting radiation analyses on new and ongoing satellite projects
- Carrying out simulations, radiation tests research, and customer report presentation
- Preparing and carrying out radiation tests (TID & SEE)
- Maintaining EnduroSat’s list of EEE components up to date with the latest test information
- Communicating with customers on the environmental challenges of their mission

**What do we look for?**
- Comprehensive understanding of sources and effects of radiation on EEE devices
- Familiarity with radiation simulation tools (OMERE, SPENVIS, FasTrad, NOVICE)
- Knowledge of electronics systems, sufficient to prepare and carry out PCBA and EEE components tests
- Open to knowledge sharing
- Understanding the importance of last-mile delivery
- Quick learner, proactive, self-starter
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
- Passionate about Space
