**Description du poste**:
Notre équipe de gestion de programme travaille sur certains des projets de construction les plus visibles, les plus complexes et les plus exigeants, dans divers domaines tels que les data centers, hôtels, bureaux, et projets logistiques et industriels. Nos projets sont variés et techniquement complexes. Nous avons acquis une compétence reconnue en réalisant certains projets prestigieux en France et dans le monde. Une part importante de nos clients sont des clients internationaux ayant des actifs ou des entités dans les pays francophones, et pour lesquels nous assurons la gestion de projets (AMO et MOD) et de coûts, ainsi que le conseil et les études de faisabilités.
Vous serez responsable de la gestion de projets de Data Center importants en pleine autonomie, d’assurer un haut niveau de service à nos clients tout en garantissant la bonne gestion des processus internes et la rentabilité des projets.
Vous animerez et managerez des équipes projet pluridisciplinaires.
Vous serez en charge de la relation clients et aurez une bonne compréhension de son besoin afin d’assurer sa satisfaction et de développer sa fidélité.
Vous devrez faire preuve d'une grande capacité technique, avoir de solides connaissances du marché et de ses acteurs, y compris la maitrise des coûts.
Vous aimez travailler en équipe, partager les connaissances et apporter l’innovation dans le service.
Le travail de l'équipe offre une grande variété. Il couvre des projets de toutes tailles et couvre tout type de projets, qu'il s'agisse de construction neuve ou de rénovation.
**Tâches confiées**:
- Gérer des multiples projets et missions d’ordre moyens à importants, en garantissant une utilisation appropriée des ressources et des budgets pour les mener à bien dans les délais impartis ;
- Gérer les autres membres de l'équipe impliqués dans les projets (chefs de projet, chefs de projet adjoints, contrôleurs de projet, gestionnaires de coûts, etc.) ;
- Mener au quotidien le suivi et la gestion des projets de construction / rénovation ;
- Élaborer des notes d'information et des plans d'exécution de projets à l'intention des clients et intervenants sur les projets ;
- Gérer les équipes d’études de conception ;
- Entreprendre l'administration du contrat ;
- Initiation et développement de la documentation du projet, des programmes, des calendriers principaux, du budget principal, etc.
- Aider à la compilation des documents d'appel d'offres et à l'examen critique des analyses d'appels d'offres, des négociations contractuelles, de l'attribution des contrats et des rapports des clients ;
- Choisir et maintenir un système de gestion de documents efficace afin que l'équipe projet l'utilise pour l'exécution du projet ;
- Produire des rapports adaptés aux étapes pertinentes des projets ;
- Exécuter les projets en tenant compte du cadre de risque, et des considérations environnementales convenus à l'étape de l'analyse de la faisabilité et du besoin du client, tout en étant le garant du délai, des coûts et de la qualité ;
- Organiser et gérer les parties prenantes ;
- Administrer les contrats de construction, gérer proactivement et confirmer la conformité des entreprises, de la maitrise d’œuvre et des conseils aux modalités du contrat ;
- Préparer et gérer un planning des projets en utilisant un logiciel approprié ;
- Suivre et pointer l’avancement du planning ;
- Vérifier l’avancement réalisés par les contractants par rapport au planning et assurer un reporting à ce sujet ;
- Gérer la maitrise d’œuvre pour s'assurer que le produit construit est conforme au contrat ;
- Gérer les aspects administratifs de nos contrats avec nos clients (bons de commande, facturation, paiement, etc.).
**Diplômes et expérience**:
- Expériences significatives dans la direction de projets complexes de taille moyenne et grande ;
- Connaissances et expériences du secteur et sur les projets de Data Centers ;
- Excellente Communication orale et écrite (rapports, instructions, etc.) ;
- Anglais courant ;
- Solides compétences en management des personnes et en leadership ;
- Expérience dans la rédaction de rapports mensuels et production de livrables liés au projet ;
- Approche proactive - capable d'identifier les besoins et mettre en place les moyens pour atteindre les objectifs ;
- Excellent sens de l'organisation et souci du détail ;
- Une attitude flexible - capable de répondre aux besoins de l'entreprise ;
