Nous recherchons un(e) Responsable de Programme/produit R&D pour notre site de Villeurbanne en Région Rhône-Alpes.
Le site de Villeurbanne (800 salariés) est spécialisé dans la conception et la fabrication de systèmes électroniques embarqués et débarqués (Réseaux et Télécoms, Systèmes et Produits pour la Cybersécurité, Contrôle et Monitoring du train, Contrôle de Traction, contrôle et monitoring, Signalisation embarquée et au sol).
Vous serez rattaché au Centre de Développement dans le pôle des Produits de signalisation sol pour gérer un programme (système de signalisation générique) destiné à l’ensemble de nos solutions et projets existants en France.

**TITRE DE L’EMPLOI**: Responsable de Programme/produit R&D (H/F)
**Basé à : Villeurbanne**
**OBJECTIF DU POSTE**:
Au titre de la fonction « Program Manager », vous assurez la réalisation les missions suivante:
- Elaboration de la roadmap, du plan de livraison produit, et du maintien en conditions opérationnelles du système.
- Définir, suivre, consolider les analyses de performances de développement QCD, proposer des plans d’actions en lien avec les indicateurs de performance du programme (consolidation des workpackage, consolidation des courbes d’avancement physiques et financières, etc..)
- Piloter les développements relatifs à votre portefeuille de systèmes et produits,
- Gérer les actions du programme en lien avec les offres MAINLINE en cours de réalisation (planification des activités, coordination des analyses techniques, consolidation des chiffrages, planification des développements en cohérence avec la roadmap, réponses aux équipes offres, etc.)
- Réaliser un reporting régulier vers le management
- Assurer l’interface avec les différents utilisateurs, clients internes comme externes.
**VOTRE PROFIL**:
H/F diplômé(e) d’une école d’ingénieur/Master avec une dominante Electronique/Informatique, vous avez acquis une expérience en développement et/ou gestion de projet d'au moins 10 ans dans un milieu industriel exigeant, vous avez démontré votre capacité à mener une équipe multi-disciplinaire et internationale. Des connaissances techniques larges (Système, Hw, V&V, RAM, Safety,...)
Des connaissances en signalisation ferroviaire sont un plus
Amené(e) à travailler dans un contexte international, la maitrise de l’anglais est impérative pour communiquer avec les différents acteurs que vous serez amené à côtoyer.
Vous possédez également une forte aptitude à synthétiser et à prendre des décisions dans un environnement complexe. Fort(e) de votre adaptabilité, vous savez travailler en équipe et prendre vos responsabilités, dans un souci de transparence et de communication.
