**Job Description**:
As a member of **Winter Sports Equipment Innovation Team**, our future **Innovation Project Manager Snow Sports W/M** will organize innovation processes and manage innovation projects with our different Business Units: Alpine ski, Nordic ski, Snowboard, Active and Protective.

**Main activities**
- Manage innovation projects involving internal and external stakeholders on various topics _(Consumer experience, Product development, Sustainability, New Business Models )._
- Set up and animate workshops and creativity sessions involving different services _(Marketing, Design, Development, HR, Industrialization )._
- Support creation of content to explain ideas and solutions, to align project team understanding and to run consumer tests _(Drawings, storyboards, CAD, mock-ups, prototypes )._
- Develop and animate external networks to support our sustainability & innovation initiatives _(Suppliers, universities, laboratories, start’ups )_
- Implement & consolidate our Design Thinking process _(I2C.)_
- Formalize and propose "best-practice" guides and training to foster a culture of innovation at all levels of the organization.
- En tant que membre de l'équipe _**_Innovation Sports d'hiver_**_, notre futur(e) _**_Innovation Project Manager Snow Sports H/F_**_ aura pour mission d'organiser les processus d'innovation et piloter des projets d'innovation avec les différentes Business Units : Ski alpin, Ski Nordique, Snowboard, Active et Protective._

**_ Activités principales_**
- _ Piloter des projets d'innovation impliquant des interlocuteurs internes et externes sur des sujets variés (Expérience conso, développement de produits, sustainability, nouveaux Business Models...)._
- _ Construire et animer des workshops et des séances de créativité impliquant différents services (Marketing, design, développement, RH, industrialisation...)._

Contribuer à la création de contenu pour expliquer les idées et les solutions _pour aligner la compréhension de l'équipe projet et effectuer des tests consommateurs (Croquis, storyboards, CAO, maquettes, prototypes...)._

Développer et animer des réseaux de partenaires externes pour soutenir nos initiatives d'innovation et de sustainability (Fournisseurs, universités, laboratoires, start'up...)._
