Air Liquide University operates across all the geographies and entities of the Group. It provides recognized learning and development solutions in different areas of expertise. Within the structure of Air Liquide University, the role of Program Manager is central. The WBL learning programs are related to Industrial Merchant, Large Industries and Electronics.
**Quelle sera votre contribution et comment vous épanouir dans ce poste ?
Product owner of portfolio of diverse World Business Lines programs
- Keep up and monitor program content and satisfaction level
- Close followup with existing partners
- Support Subject Matter Experts for update/new developments
Coach and develop the community of Internal Trainers. Coordinate the facilitation of the learning programs
Develop workshops or seminars throughout the Group
Contribute to the creation of new modules and implementation of new pedagogical tools with the World Business Lines. Benchmark on new learning methods and external references
**Learning Organization**:
- Stay on top of trends in learning to diffuse within the organization
- Bring cutting edge thought leadership into Air Liquide ensuring its fit and value add to ADVANCE, BeActEngage, GYM, C-IMP, I&D Roadmap
- Contribute to the transformation 70 20 10.

**Profile**:
- Science Master degree
- 5 years of experience
