Airbus Helicopters is looking for a **Competition Analyst Leader (f/m) **to join our **Product Policy & Architecture Departmen **t based in Marignane, France.

You will be part of a team grouping Aircraft Architecture, Predesign, Competition Analysis, Weight&Balance and Industrial Design. **As part of the Competition Analysis team, **you will be involved in Competition Analysis and technology watch on different helicopters classes and/or technologies, aiming at evaluating competition threats but also Airbus helicopters fleet assets.On top, the jobholder will be proposed

**Your challenges**:

- **To gather all possible information on Airbus Helicopters competitor’s helicopters **on technical aspects to detect future products /versions / upgrades and product innovation.
- **To analyze deeply and technically this information, and reconstruct in a reverse engineering **mode the competitor helicopter with respect to performance, general sizing, architecture, rotors and blades, transmission, avionics and others systems, technologies and equipment ;
- **To assist sales forces in the commercialization of our products and services **, especially during offers, programs in the development of new products or improvement of existing products, and Strategy and Marketing for Product Policy exercise at company level.

**Your profile**:

- **Engineering **(significant experience, at least more than 4 years)**
- Overhall aeronautics technologies knowledge (preferably helicopters)
- Experienced in Competition Analysis
- Technology Product Trade-Off Analysis
- English
- **Curiosity & Open-minded**

This position requires a security clearance or will require being eligible for clearance by the recognized authorities.
