Sous l’autorité du responsable de l’équipe « Service Management France » rattachée aux Services Managés de Sécurité en Europe, votre rôle en tant que _Project management officer _consistera à:

- Assurer le support des Project managers dans l’élaboration de leurs tableaux de bord projet, permettant:

- Le reporting projet via la tenue des revues de projet mensuelles avec la Finance et le Management, auxquelles vous assistez
- La consolidation des reportings financiers trimestriels, détaillant:

- Le prévisionnel de recettes
- Le prévisionnel de coûts
- Le prévisionnel de marge
- Le prévisionnel de facturation sur les mois/années à venir.
- Assurer la consolidation du prévisionnel des commandes client sur les mois/années à venir dans le tableau de bord dédié, en vous appuyant sur les Bid managers et sur les Project managers. Vous participez aux revues commerciales périodiques en présence des Sales managers, des Bid managers et des Project managers, afin de permettre la mise à jour et le partage des informations de ce tableau de bord.
- Réaliser le suivi financier des projets d'achat / revente. Cette mission consiste à consolider dans l’ERP les devis et prise de commande client, les devis et commandes d'achat fournisseur, la réalisation des bons de réception fournisseur, le suivi de la facturation fournisseur et de la facturation client.
- Assurer le suivi financier des projets internes transverses dans l’ERP, en back-up d’un autre PMO de l’équipe Service Management. Cette mission consiste à consolider les coûts passés et prévisionnels:

- pour le personnel interne (validation des imputations passées et prévision des imputations à venir ; contrôle des notes de frais)
- pour le personnel externe et les matériels/logiciels à approvisionner (suivi des commandes d'achat et des bons de réception fournisseur associés, suivi de la facturation fournisseur, traitement des litiges en interface avec le service comptabilité, prévision des commandes à venir)

Localisation: Elancourt. Télétravail partiel possible.

**Etes-vous notre futur talent ?**:

- Vous avez un BAC +2 ou BAC+3 en comptabilité, gestion de projet ou domaine équivalent
- Vous possédez à mínima 2 années d’expérience dans un environnement international ( **English advanced level needed **) et sur ce type de poste,
- Vous êtes intéressée par les sujets en lien avec la cybersécurité,
- Vous êtes organisé, rigoureux, dynamique, autonome, vous possédez une aisance relationnelle,

**Ce poste nécessite une habilitation de sécurité ou nécessite d'être éligible à une habilitation par les autorités reconnues.**
