**Your role as a Staff Software Engineer**:

- You will take leadership on building a scalable architecture for our notifications delivery system as this is our biggest challenge in the months/years to come
- You will contribute on setting technical vision and defining the roadmap for the next quarters, inline with the global Doctolib strategy in terms of growth.
- You will be mentoring your senior peers within the team and advocating for a high quality product
- You will help building the product, coding, deploying and working with instant feedback from users.
- You will join us on our quest to continuously improve the way we work
- You will continuously build the next step of your career path.

**About our technical environment**:

- We are working in Feature Teams: you will collaborate with your team, engineering leaders, product, and data teams. You'll also keep in touch with other teams during our Tech time;
- You will work in an Agile environment;
- You will be driven by code quality, code testing with the help of your peers for reviews;
- We are working on a monolith - You can check this video;
- Our stack is Ruby/Typescript;
- We deploy 3 times per day - you can deep dive here;
**Your skills**:

- Master Ruby
- Have a strong and solid backend development experience, preferably in a hyper-growth environment
- Are comfortable with English (our team is international)
