We have a new opportunity for an HR Representative to join our team in France

Providing HR support to the EMEA HR Director based in France, and partnering with multiple business leaders, and all employees based in France. As the sole HR representative in France, as part of a wider EMEA HR team, the focus of this role will be to assist in developing and implementing HR programs and processes in France.

This role offers the option for either full time or part time working. The position is an initial 6-month contract, which may be extended to become permanent.

**Responsibilities**: Roles & Responsibilities include**:
**_ HR Operations_**
- Management of the France HR operations team on all HR administration topics
- Ensure local HR operations processes are clearly documented, and compliant across the employee lifecycle, including benefits, onboarding & offboarding operations, employee handbook, and French HR legislation.
- Maintain contacts with authorities on French HR social & labor laws, tax laws, etc.
- Participation in local and global HR projects
- Implementation of the new classification level to be compliant with our Metal Bargaining (Convention de la metallurgy)
- Litigation management in relation to the Legal Department, HR Director, and our lawyer.

**_ Social Relations_**
- Support and advice to HR Directeur in all legal obligations in the field of social relations and in contacts/meetings with staff representatives
- Preparation and follow-up of meetings with staff representatives: Works Council and union delegates
- Report writing, statistics and other social data.
- Single database update (BDES)
- Build the Gender pay report.
- Manage the profit share.

**_Management of Payroll _**
- Ensure that new starters, changes, and leavers are processed correctly and in accordance with the defined timelines.
- Ensure continuous effective partnership with payroll providers.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience in an HR role, preferably in a multinational company.
- Strong knowledge and experience of HR standards, labor law, processes - Specific experience of French HR legislation is required.
- Knowledge of the Metallurgy Bargaining is an asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Be team spirit oriented with a constructive and positive mindset.
- Excellent quantitative and qualitative analytical skills (Strong Microsoft Office)
