Tender Specialist

Sol-Millennium is seeking an experienced **Tender Specialist** to prepare tender documentation and coordinate the entire tender process. This position is the local administration and commercial entry point for customers and will closely cooperate with the Customer Service and Supply Chain teams.

**Responsibilities**:

- Daily follow-up of the tender publication to identify new opportunities and market information.
- Prepare initial tender documentation and coordinate obtaining the required approvals.
- Ensure effective analysis, planning and tendering of the company products.
- Make sure that the quotations comply with the required and provided specifications.
- Generate the financial proposals and follow up the preparation of the technical proposal and item selection.
- Finalize the Commercial and technical Offer.
- Maintain tender files and arrange their archiving upon tender completion.
- Prepare tender status reports and expected timelines on a regular basis.
- Perform the final checks to ensure the 100% quality of the documentation submitted to the customer.
- Be the reference point for any requests coming from sales relating to tender preparation.
- Participate in market research.
- Coordinate the collection and dissemination of information related to tenders and contractual agreements.
- Local administration & commercial entry point for customers.
- Local commercial & marketing support.
- Support to the logistic specialist for order processing and follow-up.
- Participate to the implementation of local flows (monitoring tools for Tenders / EDI Offers / Orders & Invoices process / E-procurement / UDI).

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree, Graduate of a BTS commercial management or equivalent.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Very good knowledge of English (written & spoken).
- Demonstrated ability to perform independently with mínimal supervisor.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Openness to work with other regions and cultures.
- Diligence in spotting errors and inefficiencies.

Le Tenders Specialist est responsable de la surveillance, la préparation de la documentation d’appel d’offres et de la coordination de l’ensemble du processus. Ce poste local est le point d’entrée commerciale pour les clients, en support pour l’équipe de ventes et coopère étroitement avec la Direction Générale France, l’équipe de vente, le spécialiste des opérations France et les fonctions support du Groupe en Europe.

**Responsabilités**:

- Suivi quotidien de la publication des appels d’offres pour identifier les nouvelles opportunités et les informations sur le marché.
- Préparer la documentation initiale de l’appel d’offres et coordonner l’obtention des approbations requises.
- Assurer une analyse, une planification et un appel d’offres efficaces des produits de l’entreprise.
- S’assurer que les devis sont conformes aux spécifications requises et fournies.
- Générer les propositions financières et assurer le suivi de la préparation de la proposition technique et de la sélection des articles.
- Finaliser l’offre commerciale et technique.
- Tenir à jour les dossiers d’appel d’offres et organiser leur archivage à la fin de l’appel d’offres.
- Préparer régulièrement les rapports d’étape des appels d’offres et les délais prévus.
- Effectuer les vérifications finales pour s’assurer de la qualité à 100% des documentations soumises au client.
- Être un point de référence pour toute demande émanant des ventes relatives à la préparation des offres.
- Participer aux études de marché
- Coordonner la collecte des informations liées aux appels d’offres et aux accords contractuels, et les diffuser.
