En postulant à cette offre vous aurez l'opportunité de rejoindre le principal intégrateur de marketplace en Europe. L'entreprise commercialise auprès d’une clientèle B2B: Marques et Distributeurs, une plateforme logicielle SaaS dans le domaine du e-commerce. Elle est partenaire des principales marketplaces locales et internationales: Amazon, Fnac-Darty, Cdiscount, La Redoute, Galeries Lafayette, Zalando, Veepee, Google, Alibaba, Farfetch
Pour accompagner son fort développement, nous recherchons son futur Chief Technology Officer H/F
Vos missions si vous les acceptez:
- Audit technique : identifier les opportunités d’innovation et proposer des solutions sur mesure.
- Planification technologique : prévoir et anticiper les besoins technos de l'entreprise
- Veille technologique : saisir les opportunités liées aux nouvelles technologies
- Définir la stratégie d’innovation et participer aux décisions avec les dirigeants de l'entreprise.
- Déployer, budgétiser et superviser la roadmap et l'évolution des projets technologiques
- Gérer et challenger l’équipe technique tout en assurant la cohésion entre développeurs, architectes techniques et réseaux, ingénieurs, chefs de projets, etc.
- Superviser l'infrastructure de l'entreprise, c’est-à-dire réseau, sécurité, maintenance.
- Encourager l'innovation technologique et technique (R&D)
- Améliorer les échanges entre services de l'entreprise et avec les prestataires
- Intervenir sur des projets clés à forte valeur avec les entités du Groupe.
Profil recherché
Et vous ?
Vous avez une formation supérieure en école d’ingénieur ou équivalent universitaire et vous avez au moins 10 ans d’expérience minimum sur des fonctions identiques.
Vous avez aussi de solides compétences techniques IT surtout en production et en innovation. Vous aimez gérer de projets informatiques de grande ampleur.
Vous parlez français et anglais couramment.
Vous savez générer l’engagement de vos équipes et vous avez l’esprit critique.
Enfin, vous avez une bonne capacité d’adaptation et savez anticiper les évolutions métiers /stratégiques.
