**Missions**:

- Participation au déploiement du plan de développement des compétences (formations, etc).
- Participations aux projets RH (relations écoles, Well being, D&I, next gen talents, etc).
- Support dans la préparation de process RH.
- Support à la préparation des réunions CSE / CSSCT / négociations.
- Veille juridique et sociale.
- Support à la gestion administrative (préparation d’avenants, courriers RH, etc).

**Profil**:

- Préparation d’un bac +5 RH
- 1er stage ou alternance en RH
- Organisé, rigoureux, bonne expression orale et écrite, curiosité et flexibilité
- Anglais : capacité à interagir à l’oral et à l’écrit
- Maitrise du pack office
