Inbound and Outbound 3pl Coordinator

What to Expect
- The Inbound and Outbound 3PL Coordinator will be a key member of the Tesla Southern Europe & MEA Distribution organization. This team focuses on the efficient and effective Distribution of Service & Energy parts supply to the service centers, vehicle collision repair partners, and Tesla customers.

The main responsibility of the inbound/outbound Coordinator is to ensure 3PL DC operations are meeting and exceeding the agreed performance standards in the assigned area of responsibility. Where applicable, the coordinator is also responsible for the proper registration of work done into our company system(s) and for creating relevant reports to assist management. Cooperates closely with in
- and external stakeholders. A key responsibility for this will be to supervise the performance of Tesla’s local (3PL) warehouse partner. The employee will be also the key contact for any inbound/outbound order questions within the Tesla entity. The main objective is to ensure Tesla’s performance targets are met by the warehouse partner.

What You’ll Do
- Ensures all assigned KPIs and agreement commitments are fulfilled
- Creates opportunities to improve performance standards and reduction of costs.
- Validate, create, change, and/or implement current and new SOPs / KPIs to optimize/ improve operations and service levels. (Validates and addresses potential contract/BRD constraints/ issues)
- Act as the main point of contact towards 3PL, evaluate 3PL operations. Works closely with EU Parts Inventory, Channel Planning and Tilburg GDC with the goal to achieve timely and correct parts stock levels at the DC. Work closely with transportation/logistics/port operations to ensure timely inbound delivery in accordance with KPIs. Works closely with the operation team and will involve in the day-to-day operations.
- Addresses and ensures immediate action and resolution of discrepancies and performance issues with 3PL on operations.
- Provides regular forecast on cost (monthly) and operational developments
- Ensures timely and complete monthly cost overview to management and reporting team.
- Maintain excellent relationship with LSPs, making sure Tesla’s interests are served to the maximum
- Ensures and initiates regular updates and reporting to management on operations
- Effectively handle multiple priorities, organize workload, and meet deadlines. Escalates functional and process failures to the appropriate support groups and leaders. Ensures that all team responsibilities and tasks are always covered
- Keeping up to date with local/international regulations that may impact DC operations. Involves required stakeholders and leads/drive resolution process to avoid/ mitigate impact on inbound operations.
- Support Claim handling process regarding 3PL operations

What You’ll Bring
- Good understanding of warehouse operations
- Working with international stakeholders in a global operating environment
- Spacious users’ knowledge of a warehouse management system
- Experience in Customer satisfaction
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in supporting/managing (3PL) warehouse operations in a complex and dynamic, preferably automotive, service parts distribution environment.
- Experience with performance (KPIs) measuring, SOPs, BRDs and solution processes
- Self-motivated, critical thinker, result-oriented, quick learner, as well as a multi-tasker. Ability to work with ambiguity and in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and oral communications skills in English
