**Description de l'emploi**:
Airbus Helicopters recherche un Logistic Operations Project Manager & Business Improver (h/f) pour rejoindre notre site Airbus Helicopters de Marignane, Les Florides, France.
Vous intégrerez la Direction du Support & Services d'Airbus Helicopters, plus particulièrement le département en charge des opérations logistiques (magasins, transport, réseau de distribution).
Votre mission sera de piloter des projets de transformations concernant les opérations logistiques Support & Services d'Airbus Helicopters (magasins, transport et réseau de distribution des pièces de rechanges et pièces réparées) et de contribuer à la démarche d'amélioration continue.

**Vos challenges**:
Vous contribuerez aux activités principales suivantes:
Piloter des projets de transformations concernant les opérations logistiques (magasins, transport et réseau de distribution des pièces de rechanges et pièces réparées) : Définition de la stratégie, cadrage du projet, coordination des différents acteurs, planning, contrôle des coûts, gestion des risques et opportunités, reporting, gestion du changement entre autres.
Contribuer à la démarche d'amélioration continue des opérations logistiques : Identification des pistes d'amélioration via une analyse des organisations, processus et pratiques, pilotage du changement pour concrétiser ces améliorations
Contribuer aux différents projets de transformation pilotés par d'autres organisations mais qui impactent les opérations logistiques
Etre référent quant aux processus relatifs opérations logistiques : support des différentes équipes opérationnelles, déploiement des bonnes pratiques, participation au processus de modification des outils (IM).
Les différents projets concernent la rationalisation des magasins, la réingénierie du modèle de distribution, l'optimisation des conditionnements, le déploiement d'un nouvel ERP, la réduction des émissions de CO2, l'optimisation des coûts logistiques, etc.

**Votre profil**:
BAC+5 ou Ingénieur Supply Chain, Généraliste ou Aéronautique
Expérience en logistique d'entre 3 à 5 ans
Expérience en gestion de projet et gestion du changement
Expérience SAP (key user)
Connaissance des réglementations aéronautiques (Part 21 ou Part 145, part M)
Expérience dans le soutien à la clientèle
**Compétences linguistiques**:
Anglais : Avancé
Français : Courant
Ce poste nécessite une habilitation de sécurité ou nécessite d'être éligible à une habilitation par les autorités reconnues.
