As the HRSS Payroll Officer you are responsible for country specific Payroll activities. Driven by an understanding of end-to-end HR processes and systems, a tiered model of operation and in collaboration with the Regional Relationship Manager and other HRSS team members, the HRSS Payroll Specialist is challenged to ensure stable execution of Payroll processes in the country, with a continuous focus on service improvements, as well as offering support in the execution of various administrative tasks (such as documents, policies, procedures, WI etc). In this key role, it is critical to manage & communicate effectively with Stakeholders, understand end to end HR processes/ systems and participate in projects sometimes around ambiguous circumstances.

**Personnel Administration**
- Follow up on staff sickness files (provident scheme)
- Calculate the exit accounts for management and non-management staff
- Ensure the follow-up of the advance payments
- Manage the employee savings schemes in place (Company Savings Plan, profit-sharing, incentive schemes, etc.)
- Ensure the follow-up of the Time Savings Account
- Carrying out the legal administrative formalities (DPAE, RUP, affiliation to the various funds, medical examination on hiring, mutual insurance, provident fund, etc.).

**Payroll processing**
- Coordinating the validation of variable elements to be transferred to payroll
- Collecting and monitoring the variable elements of remuneration (paid leave, bonuses, absences, benefits in kind, balance of accounts, short-time working, etc.)
- Follow up the fixed elements of remuneration (working hours, basic salary, etc.)
- Calculate and integrate the various elements into the pay slips (transferable or seizable quotas, etc.)
- Editing and checking the various statements
- Editing certificates and balances
- Closing the pay period
- Implementing procedures and tools for controlling social declarations
- Editing social declarations within the deadlines
- Identify relevant indicators and design dashboards that meet the priorities of the company's HR policy
- Be responsible for the payroll process
- Place salary transfer orders at the end of the month in a timely manner
- Ensure the payment of monthly and quarterly social contributions
- Verify and correct information intended for social organisations (DSN)
- Carry out permanent legal and legislative monitoring to integrate regulatory changes into the company's practices.
- Participate in the updating/maintenance of payroll software data, implementation of solutions and support (training, etc.))

**You bring**
- Master or Bachelor degree in the field of MAnagement or HR.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication, both written and verbal in English and French.
- Master payroll and time management software
- Mastery of HRIS and office automation tools
- Proven legal skills
