**Essential Job Functions**:
This will be a full-time touring position. Your general responsibilities, under the supervision of the Tour Manager, will include:

- Ability and desire to tour full-time.
- Maintain a flexible schedule for work calls, special events, rehearsal/training, maintenance and evening show performances.
- Highly organized and efficient. Time management skills are key.
- Leadership skills and experience directing artists during rehearsals, performances, and special events.
- A quick-thinking problem-solver with the ability to find strategic solutions, during time constraints and at times a high-pressure environment.
- Collaborative approach and willingness to evolve, including regular reviews and incorporation of better safety protocols, operating procedures, and artist dynamic.
- Preserve the ongoing; long-term “opening night” quality, the designer’s vision, and the artistic integrity of the production
- Maintain a safe working environment at all times, by adhering to all established safety policies and procedures, tour rules and regulations; participate in all required safety classes.
- Accept other duties as assigned by the Tour Director within working hours and based on individual capabilities

**Job-Specific Requirements**:

- Operate the show-calling cue track during performances.
- Liaise with FOH management.
- Maintain a positive relationship and be the point person between artists and the technical department, including regular meetings and notes sessions, to uphold the designer’s vision and a positive touring environment.
- Responsible for the performers' management in case of an emergency, according to the protocol.
- Have constant surveillance of all performers' comfort and safety during performances.
- Participate in the safety and evacuation procedures.
- Report to the Tour Manager and Technical Director, any equipment and experience-related malfunctions
- In conjunction with the managing tour operations team, develop the tour production calendar, detailing all rehearsals.
- Provide regular performance reports to the tour manager.
- Load-in and load-out stage management offices during transfers.
- Train the local assistant stage manager to call the show, in case of absence, in accordance with the contingency plan.
- On occasion, rotate cue tracks with the assistant stage manager.
- At least three years of previous relevant experience in a related industry.
- Previous experience show calling various large-scale productions or live events
- Must be comfortable working with artists, technicians, and patrons.
- Exceptional observation skills.
- 10-hour OSHA course completion card is a plus.
- Current First-Aid certification is a plus.
- Ability to deal with stressful situations in a calm and professional manner.
- Must have people management and interpersonal skills.
- Must be an effective communicator, team-oriented, and have strong leadership skills.
- Comfortable working in a constantly changing environment.
- Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Must have a working knowledge of Google Workspace.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Verification of the right to work in the UK and Europe.
