As the Enterprise Architect, you will play a critical role in defining and implementing our enterprise architecture strategy based on TOGAF principles. You will work closely with key stakeholders across the organization to understand business requirements, assess current IT capabilities, and develop a roadmap for achieving our architectural objectives. Additionally, you will provide guidance and leadership to project teams, architects, and other stakeholders throughout the architecture development process.

**Key Job Responsibilities**
- Lead the development and implementation of our enterprise architecture strategy based on TOGAF principles.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and prioritize strategic objectives and requirements.
- Assess current IT architecture and identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
- Define architectural standards, guidelines, and best practices to ensure consistency and alignment with business goals.
- Lead the deployment and customization of a new EA tool to support architecture development and governance.
- Provide guidance and oversight to project teams, architects, and other stakeholders throughout the architecture lifecycle.
- Drive the adoption of enterprise architecture principles and practices across the organization.
- Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to inform architectural decisions and recommendations.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Certification in TOGAF or similar enterprise architecture framework preferred.
- Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect, with a track record of successful architecture initiatives and TOGAF implementation.
- In-depth knowledge of enterprise architecture principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Experience with EA tools such as OrbusInfinity, Sparx Enterprise Architect, IBM Rational System Architect, MEGA, or similar.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to drive change and influence decision-making.
- Fluent in English,
