Danfoss conçoit et distribue des produits assurant le bon fonctionnement et la pérennité des éléments de confort.
Au sein de notre segment DCS (Danfoss Climate Solutions) nous recherchons Un(e) Sales Manager, Building (F/H). Poste basé en région Lyonnaise ou Parisienne.
**Responsibilities**:
- Gérer l'équipe commerciale (soutenir l'équipe en tant que coach pour un accompagnement personnel avec une attention particulière à la fidélisation et à la promotion des talents)
- Supporter toutes les solutions HVAC à travers DCS (IDS & RES, FR&IR, OEM, MarCom, TSO)
- Planifier, adapter, participer et suivre la stratégie de la gamme de produits en fonction des besoins commerciaux (Buildings Solutions et DEN)
- Développer la stratégie de vente du projet avec la Maitrise d’ouvrage, les bailleurs sociaux, l'ingénierie, les consultants et GoToMarket avec les installateurs.
- Développer la stratégie Building avec toutes les parties intéressées, propriétaires, bureaux d'études, installateurs, KAM OEMS
- Encourager la vente de projets avec des installateurs et promouvoir la stratégie et fidéliser les grossistes, en plus de détenir le compte et de maximiser le quota du portefeuille client.
- Mener une convention avec les installateurs nationaux et régionaux, définissant les obligations et les prestations de suivi.
- Coordination avec les managers et equipes DCS sur les clients clés et la stratégie produit
**Background & Skills**:
- Expérience confirmée dans le monde du HVAC et idéalement dans le bâtiment
- Bonnes capacités managériales
- Connaissance des outils bureautiques, digitaux et CRM
- Expérience dans la gestion de projets
- Bonne communication
- Anglais niveau B2 minimum
