We are looking for a talented full stack software engineer whose main mission will be to

Build and optimize our funnel of registration whose importance is growing at a fast pace | 50%
- Launch new projects driving growth (AB Tests, white labels integrations, lead scoring.) | 30%
- Maintain our public website | 20%

You will join our Growth Team and work collaboratively with François, our first engineer and under the management of the Head of Growth Jean.

Tackle multiple technical challenges with strong business impact
- Work automonously with different technical teams (data, product) and business teams (marekting, sales, customer success, finance)
- Run experiments on a weekly basis with fast impact
- Be at the heart of the value creation of a fintech startup

WHAT you can expect from your life at Pennylane ?*

Within 1 month, you will :*

Participate to a 1-week complete onboarding to discover Pennylane
- Explore our technical stack
- Launch your first experiment to improve conversion rate on the register

Within 3 month, you will :*

Be autonomous on our stack
- Set up a lead scoring to help sales close the best leads

- Take ownership/having impact on all of the above responsibilities

What are we looking for ?
*
- At least +2 years of experience as a Software Engineer.
- You are a full-stack developer specialized on Rails with expert knowledge of at least one Javascript framework
- You like to see rapidly the impact of your code on the business
- You have good communications skills to talk with various teams
- You are fluent in English (level B2 or equivalent)

The technologies we use in the Growth Engineering team*

- Vue JS + Nuxt JS
- PostgreSQL
- Git / Github

Ideally you’ve already got some knowledge with data tools including data tools integration (GTM, Segment) or data visualization (Datastudio, Looker) and you’re familiar with digital marketing (paid acquisition, conversion, SEO )
