Join us to be part of something exciting Estee Lauder Companies is looking for a new Visual Merchandising Designer to work on an exciting brand from within the Estée Lauder Companies portfolio.

Job Description: You will support the brand instore strategy and brand regional rollout and expansion in the region, create and/or adapt VM assets in conformity with brand equity and directions provided by Global, Marketing and Creative teams.
- Visual Merchandising Responsibilities_

Support and collaborate with the Visual Merchandising Manager in the execution of the following:

- Create or adapt the VM assets for each launch in conformity with brand equity and directions given by Global, Marketing and Creative teams link to all our new collections
- Initiate and develop tools to aid markets with keeping up to date with new collateral launches and new merchandising guidelines.
- Create Mockups (Photoshop) for each project to visualize the assets intentions
- Develop technical drawings (DTO) of VM assets & Build VM guidelines
- Update lineups, schematics, planogram for different store concepts
- Good communication and coordination among various departments
- Identify and suggest areas of improvements to increase visibility and brand presence at POS.
- Generate competitive intelligence: be up-to-date on competition & identify best practices to scale
- Communication and Organization_
- Maintain constant contact with SD, VM, Production team and our regional Marketing team
- Ensure Constant optimization of work tools, processes and communication
- Keep up-to-date all the follow up tools

**Qualifications**
- Minimum 3 years experience
- French & English Fluent
- BA or BSC in Graphic / Art School (ENSEAD, Ecole Boulle, ENSAAMA, Penninghen, LISAA)
