**Au sein de l’univers TECHNIP Energies, le centre de Lyon est référencé comme le centre d’expertise du groupe dans le domaine des Polyoléfines. Spécialisé en Pétrochimie, Chimie, Chimie verte et Sciences de la vie, il accompagne par ailleurs le développement de technologies innovantes, dans des domaines tels que les biotechnologies ou les produits de synthèses et hydrocarbures bio sourcés. **Vous l’avez compris, ce centre de plus de 500 personnes, répond à une diversité de projets d’ingénierie de dimensions diverses (plus de 400 millions € pour certains projets) avec un positionnement sur des projets de conception très en amont et techniquement très riches pour nos ingénieurs.
**A propos du poste**:
Vous êtes le responsable opérationnel des activités d’ingénierie sur un des projets en cours d’exécution dans le centre lyonnais de T.EN.
Vous êtes rattaché(e) à la Division des Projets de Technip Energies Lyon et rendez compte opérationnellement au Chef de Projet en charge du projet sur lequel vous êtes affecté.
Vos principales responsabilités sont:
- En conformité avec les objectifs définis par le Chef de Projet, maitriser, pour les activités d’ingénierie:
- les exigences techniques contractuelles et réglementaires
- les exigences en termes de qualité et de planning
- l’évolution des quantités du Projet
- les dépenses d’heures des différents services d’ingénierie.
- le retour d’expérience
- Définir les orientations et les moyens nécessaires à l’atteinte de ces objectifs,
- Assurer la relation et la communication avec le Client sur les sujets techniques,
- Réaliser le reporting « Ingénierie » auprès de la direction du Projet,
- Assurer la coordination des différents services d’ingénierie mobilisés sur le Projet,
- S’interfacer, sous la coordination du Chef de Projet, avec les autres directions du Projet : HSE, qualité, planning, contrôle des coûts, approvisionnements, marchés de travaux, construction,
**A propos de vous**:
De formation ingénieur généraliste, vous justifiez d’une expérience significative de minimum 5 ans dans la coordination de projets d’ingénierie dans les secteurs de la transition énergétique, des bio-carburants, des nouvelles énergies, de la chimie.
Doté d’un fort esprit d’équipe et d’une **bonne vision de l’ensemble de la chaine d’ingénierie **, vous donnez un cadre et des objectifs clairs mais vous **faites confiance **et vous **responsabilisez **vos collaborateurs.
Vous **croyez dans la force de l’équipe **, êtes reconnu pour vos capacités d’animation de groupe mais également pour vos capacités d’analyses techniques et de prises de décisions rapides, justes et argumentées.
Vous êtes **rigoureux et strict **sur le respect de la mission confiée et avez une bonne capacité de synthèse pour remonter au Chef de Projet une vision claire des enjeux techniques en cours sur son Projet.
Vous avez enfin une très bonne maîtrise de l’anglais et vous faites preuve de mobilité en France et à l’international, en particulier pour pourvoir assurer une position telle que « Field Engineer » sur le site de votre Projet lors de la phase de construction.
