Loop est une plateforme destinée au réemploi. C’est la toute première plateforme du genre, à associer de grandes marques internationales (Danone, Coca, Ferrero, etc.) et des distributeurs afin de remplacer au maximum les emballages jetables de nos produits de tous les jours, par des emballages réutilisables et consignés.
**Comment est-ce que ça fonctionne ?** Le client achète son produit consigné en magasin. Il le consomme et une fois terminé il le rapporte en magasin afin d’être remboursé le montant de sa consigne. Plutôt que d’être jeté, l’emballage vide est collecté puis nettoyé avant d’être renvoyé chez le fournisseur pour être re rempli à nouveau.
En France, la plateforme Loop est présente dans plusieurs magasins de l’enseigne Carrefour en Ile de France, depuis peu dans la région Est et très prochainement dans la région Ouest. Nous avons aujourd’hui une vingtaine de magasins partenaires et nous compterons d’ici la fin de l’année plus d’une centaine de magasins.

**Descriptif du poste**
**Ta mission principale sera**:
Être garant du bon fonctionnement de Loop dans les magasins partenaires.
Retail Management
- Devenir un point de contact clé des gérant(e)s et des équipes du magasin afin d’assurer un bon niveau de satisfaction client
- Visiter nos points de vente partenaires pour assurer des retours réguliers du terrain
- Coordonner le lancement de Loop dans de nouveaux magasins
- Savoir présenter le concept aux équipes du magasin et les former sur le processus de remboursement en caisse
- Accompagner ponctuellement les marques partenaires sur des animations commerciales en magasin
Suivi des KPIs
- Faire un suivi régulier de la performance des magasins en terme de ventes et de taux de retours des emballages vides
- A partir de ces données, identifier les leviers d’action pour améliorer la performance du système en magasin
Mais aussi:
Opérations
- Organiser, en lien avec notre prestataire, les collectes des emballages vides dans les magasins partenaires
- Faire un suivi qualitatif de ces collectes faites en magasin et être force de proposition sur les pistes d’amélioration de ce service
Business Developer
- Accompagner les Retail Partnerships Lead et Associate dans la prospection de nouveaux distributeurs et de nouveaux marchés
**Profil recherché**:
- Tu as déjà eu une première expérience en start-up ou tu connais bien cet univers.
- À l’écoute, tu sais bien cerner les besoins de tes interlocuteurs et tu es à l’aise en rendez-vous. Tu aimes être sur le terrain.
- Tu sais être méthodique dans ton travail et prioriser les actions que tu as à réaliser.
- Goût du challenge, tu aimes te dépasser et sortir du cadre pour atteindre tes objectifs.
- Connaître le monde de la distribution serait un +
- Tu es en Master 1 ou 2 à dominante commerciale.
- Permis B et véhiculé est un plus (trajet entre magasin à prévoir)
