Nous recherchons pour un de nos clients, un contrôleur des coûts pour une durée minimum de 6 mois dans le 93.

Au sein du pôle de pilotage de projets, la mission de Cost Control a pour but de reporter de manière opérationnelle au chef de projet et de suivre les budgets des projets du portefeuille.

La mission devra mesurer l'avancement du projet en termes d’engagement financier, analyser les dérives du coût à terminaison et proposer des plans d'actions pour corriger ces dérives.

Les tâches seront les suivantes:

- Piloter la maitrise des coûts du projet en garantissant:

- La maîtrise de l’estimation des coûts prévisionnels (Directs, Indirects) et des provisions pour risques définies lors du lancement du projet ;
- La découpe budgétaire du projet (Cost Break Structure) ;
- Le suivi des coûts (Directs ou Indirects) prévus et non prévus (aléas) ainsi que leur catégorisations ;
- La détermination du Coût à Terminaison, en fonction des coûts réalisés, des estimations du "reste à faire" et des provisions pour risques restantes ;
- L’identification et la justification des écarts constatés ou des tendances amorcées ;
- La définition et la mise en place des actions de maîtrise des coûts visant à infléchir les tendances voire à rétablir l’équilibre financier ;
- Le suivi des engagements par rapport au budget de référence (avancement, échelonnement ) ;
- Apporter un support aux autres disciplines du contrôle de projet (Planification, gestion des risques).

- Tableaux de bord (Excel) ;
- Logiciel Interne (Planisware) ;
- Reporting Mensuel

**Profil**
- Nombre d’années d’expérience minimum : 5 ans en contrôle des coûts dans le cadre de projets industriels.
- Compétences principales : Contrôle de projet (Délais, risques et coûts).
- Maitrise des logiciels : suite MS office (impératif), MS Project (recommandé), Primavera P6 (recommandé), Excel (impératif).
- Expérience sectorielle : Secteur gazier et des opérations de maintenance ou d’un secteur équivalent (environnement, chimie, pétrole, etc.) est un plus.
- Interventions sur sites à prévoir, environ une fois par mois.
