**Job Description**:
**The project**:
You will join the teams of a large-scale project, launched in 2018 within Somfy Group, called "So One".
This project, which involves all our sites worldwide, aims to digitalise our operations, enrich our customers' experience, standardise our processes, and simplify the way we work.
So One is not just about rolling out a new tool (SAP), it is transforming our Group as a whole, and in particular our processes.
**The job**:
You will join a team that is rolling out our Core Model and the SAP solution to various sites.
The roll-outs started in 2021, and dedicated teams have been trained to deploy our various sites.
**As a Finance Specialist, you will be rolling out the new processes and SAP at various international sites.**
The tasks are based around the various stages of a roll-out.
**Activities**:
- **Preparation**:
- Prepare the functional core model material regarding the deployed entity
- Contribute to the kick-off preparation
- Contribute to the execution of the upstream trainings (General Training / New Ways of Working)
- ** Fit analysis and local design**:
- Working with local teams to analyse the fit between the Core Model and local constraints, with the support of the So One team
- Collect, challenge and qualify potential gaps between the requirements and the core model
- Collect and qualify the change impacts of not doing the gaps to feed the arbitration process
- Contribute to the gap arbitration process and support the decision in front of the local teams
- Contribute to the local design in support of the SAP solution/local teams
- ** Build and integration test (realization)**:
- Supports local Key Users to provide necessary business inputs to set up the solution
- Supports local Key Users and the central staff to adapt the core testing kit to prepare the integration tests
- Contribute to the integration testing with the support of the central So One team
- Train Local Key Users (Business process and tools)
- Supports local Key Users to perform Data Migration
- ** User Acceptance Test phase (UAT) and go-live preparation**:
- Supports local Key Users and the central So One team to adapt the core testing kit to prepare the User Acceptance tests
- Support Local Key Users within the UAT with the support of the central staff
- Contribute to the cutover plan execution
- Support local Key Users to perform Process and Tools training execution
**GO Live **
- ** Hypercare (support)**:
- Support Local teams the first weeks after the go-live
- Contribute to the incidents management with the Central Staff
- Capitalize and enrich deployment documentation to improve next Roll Out.
You will report to a Project Manager, and will interface with local teams, key users and your colleagues on the So One project.
**Working conditions**:
The central So One central team is based at Somfy Group's head office in Haute-Savoie, in a welcoming open-space environment.
For this position, international travel is required to the sites concerned.
The teams are international and the working language is English. The project is key for Somfy Group, and this position is a real learning opportunity in many areas (business processes, tools, cultural diversity, etc.).
