**Job Description**:
**About Astore**: Astore, a 100% Accor-owned procurement service, extends its expertise to external partners and hotels globally. With a team of approximately 100 professionals, Astore operates as a Profit Center, serving 6,000 clients across 13 European countries.

**Responsibilities**:

- ** Controlling**:

- Act as a strategic business partner to the SVP Procurement ENA and leadership team.
- Safeguard Accor's business interests by enforcing rules and standards.
- Ensure timely and insightful management reporting and analysis.
- Drive financial agenda (budget, forecast) in coordination with ENA FP&A and Global teams.
- Enhance cash collection processes.
- Evaluate business opportunities, including profitability analysis and new business models.
- ** Business Intelligence**:

- Monitor price competitiveness.
- Develop tools to provide the business development team with data and insights for improved reactivity and competitiveness.
- ** Leadership and Team Engagement**:

- Manage and structure teams across 13 countries efficiently.
- Provide strategic direction to ensure high-level alignment.
- Maintain development plans, including coaching, training, and performance reviews.
- Foster a culture of results, ownership, and innovation.
- ** Beyond Controlling**:

- Contribute to defining Astore's overall strategy as part of the leadership team.
- Interact with the corporate team on technical roadmaps, including IT tools and international controlling.

**Qualifications**:

- Finance Leader with 10-15 years of experience, ideally in a start-up/scale-up environment.
- Proven managerial experience and team development skills.
- Innovative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
- Fluent in both French and English.
- Proficient in Excel, Power BI/Tableau, SQL.
