**Job Description**:
En qualité de Manager, vous accompagnez les directions métiers des acteurs de l'énergie et des utilities ou du secteur public sur des missions de conseil métier, organisationnel, opérationnel et IT sur l'ensemble de leur chaîne de valeur, à l'heure où la transition énergétique rime avec invention de nouveaux modèles économiques, performance énergétique, et révolution du numérique depuis la production jusqu’à la consommation.
Exemples de missions:
- L'analyse et la compréhension des besoins et des enjeux des acteurs du secteur
- Le cadrage stratégique, schéma directeur et business plan,
- La traduction fonctionnelle des besoins (processus, fonctionnalités, données),
- La préconisation de solutions et assistance aux choix d'outils,
- La conduite de la transformation et le pilotage de grands projets,
- L’accompagnement du changement,
- Le développement commercial.
- Le management RH des équipes (suivi de carrière, entretiens annuels,...)
Au-delà, vous contribuez activement à la vie interne du cabinet : réunions d’entités, centres de compétences, développement de business, élaboration d'offres, capitalisation, contribution aux process RH, événements de communication,...
**Qualifications**:
Une expérience significative d'au moins **5 ans en tant que Manager dans un cabinet de conseil ou une ESN est indispensable.**
