**YOUR contribution**:
**Context**

**As GEMs Internal & Permanent Control Officer, you will actively be involved in the setup and monitoring of the overall GEMs Control Framework**

**Role**
- Optimize the Gems control framework with link to Operational Risk incidents and audit missions
- Improve the robustness of the process with efficient self assessment exercise via a second line defense
- Monitor the implementation of the action plans
- Monitor transversal change requests or weakness in operational process with improvement of the Gems Control Framework and presentation to the Committee
- Monitoring of the regulatory reporting
