**MISSION
Au sein de notre équipe française, nous recherchons **un.e Project Coordinator** qui aura pour mission de gérer des projets de A à Z.

Vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la collaboration avec nos équipes internes (Produit, Engineering, Customer Success, Insights, Sampling, Sales, Scripting, etc.) et nos partenaires externes, garantissant ainsi une satisfaction client irréprochable.

**VOS RESPONSABILITÉS
- **Pilotez la gestion complète des projets**: mener à bien le cycle complet du projet, de leur conception à leur livraison en utilisant Wrike, pour garantir le respect des délais et la satisfaction client. Vous serez en charge d’un portefeuille de 5 à 10 projets simultanés à gérer dans des délais limités
- **Donnez vie aux données** : créer et configurer des tableaux de bord pour une visualisation claire et précise
- **Garantissez l'intégrité et la qualité des données** : traiter, nettoyer et vérifier les données en appliquant des mesures de contrôle qualité rigoureuses à chaque étape du processus
- **Favorisez la collaboration et la communication** : facilitez l'échange d'informations entre les parties prenantes internes et externes, essentiel pour la réussite des projets
- ** Optimisez les workflows et automatisez les processus** : identifier et implémenter des solutions d'automatisation afin d’améliorer l’efficacité et rationaliser les opérations
- **Gérez les compensations des répondants** : supervisez les rémunérations sur les réseaux sociaux en veillant à leur exactitude, dans le respect des délais et du budget alloué _(via Tremendous)_
- **Collaborez de manière transversale**: travaillez en étroite collaboration avec les équipes Produit et Ingénierie pour résoudre les tickets, corriger les bugs et optimiser la Potloc App

**LES QUALITÉS REQUISES
- 1 à 2 ans d’expérience en gestion de projet; maîtrise des méthodologies
- Capacité à prioriser, à gérer avec succès plusieurs projets simultanément et respecter les délais impartis
- Transformer, analyser et visualiser aisément les données grâce à une bonne maîtrise des outils tels qu’ Excel, SPSS, Google Sheet.
- Capacité à collaborer efficacement en équipe tout en appréciant le travail autonome
- Excellente communication écrite et orale
- Rigueur et attention du détail
- Excellentes capacités à prospérer dans des environnements dynamiques, tout en étant résilient avec une bonne gestion du stress
- Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais
